In July 2010, we were contracted to fabricate the works of art Standort / Standpunkt (lit. Location / Position) and Bewegung / Veränderung (lit. Movement / Change) by Waldemar Bachmeier. Within an art in construction competition, organized by the Ansbach State Building Department, these two works were created for the foyer of the Rolf-Grabower-House at the Bavarian State Finance School in Ansbach.
Standort / Standpunkt (lit. Location / Position), compromising an area of 14.4 m², represents the colored coding of the 73 Bavarian tax offices in geographical order.
Bewegung / Veränderung (lit. Movement / Change) shows the colour coding of the 73 Bavarian tax offices in alphabetical order on an overall space of 0.75 x 7.4 m.
